Menjabat sebagai Komisaris Utama Perseroan sejak tahun 2015 hingga sekarang.

 

Lulus dari SMA Cina Pin Hwa, Klang, Malaysia pada tahun 1966.

a) Memulai perusahaan di sektor Pertanian Kelapa Sawit dan meluaskan Sektor Pertanian dalam beberapa tahun tersebut ke Serawak,Malaysia dan Kalimantan, Indonesia (1975)

b) Memulai bisnis Sektor Pembangunan Perumahan dan Kontruksi. (1979 - sekarang)

c) Direktur Utama - LCK Group termasuk Syarikat Lim Yew Chye & Sons Realty Sdn Bhd, Wiracon Sdn Bhd, Erateguh Sdn Bhd, LCK Land Sdh Bhd, SMS Land Sdn Bhd dan Kimdin Corp Sdn Bhd. Berpengalaman lebih dari 38 tahun telah berhasil menyiapkan projek rumah-rumah dan bangunan yang bernilai melebihi Rp 2,56 Triliun yang terdiri dari Rumah Banglo, Rumah Berkembang/Rumah Tumbuh, Rumah Dua Tingkat, Rumah satu tingkat, Rumah Kos Sederhana, Apartemen, Kedai Perniagaan, Rumah Perniagaan dan juga Industri di Negeri Selangor, Melaka, Johor, Perak dan Pahang.Tergabung dalam Bisnis perniagaan Trading House for Building Material Bagi Syarikat Yew Chye (M) Sdn Bhd. a) Started the company in the sector of Oil Palm Agriculture and expanded the Agricultural Sector in the following years to Serawak, Malaysia and Kalimantan, Indonesia (1975)

b) Started business in the Housing and Construction Development Sector (1979 - present)

c) The President Director - LCK Group includes Syarikat Lim Yew Chye & Sons Realty Sdn Bhd, Wiracon Sdn Bhd, Erateguh Sdn Bhd, LCK Land Bhd. Experienced more than 38 years have managed to prepare projects of homes and buildings worth more than Rp 2,56 Trillion consisting of Banglo Haouse, Flourishing House/ Growing House, Two level House, One level House, Simple House of Residence, Apartment, Commercial Store, Commercial House and Industry in Selangor Country, Melaka, Johor, Perak, and Pahang. Trading House for Building Material Trading Company for Yew Chye (M) Sdn Bhd. (1979 - present)

 

• Susan Lim Mei Peng, Komisaris

     Warga Negara Malaysia, 48 tahun.

 

Memperoleh gelar Sarjana Hukum dari Universitas London (Eksternal) tahun 1997 dan memperoleh Sertifikat Ujian Praktek Hukum pada tahun 1999 dari Dewan Kualifikasi Profesi Hukum, Malaysia.

 

Memulai karir dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia di Industri Bisnis Konstruksi Perumahan, bangunan dan infrastruktur. Juga terlibat dalam menjalankan bisnis waralaba restoran cepat saji, Marrybrown dan pengembangan bisnis lainnya.

a) Memulai sebagai Eksekutif Sumber Daya Manusia - Wiracon Sdn Bhd (dibentuk pada tahun 1979).

b) Direktur – LCK Holdings Sdn Bhd 1998 – sekarang (dibentuk pada 1987).

c) Kepala Eksekutif – Perguruan Tinggi (2018 – 2011).

Obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University Of London (External), United Kingdom in 1997. Also received her Certificate of Legal Practice Examination in 1999 from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board, Malaysia.

 

Started career in human resource management in the housing, building and infrastructure construction business industry. Also involved in running a fast food restaurant franchise business, Marrybrown and other business development.

Positions that have been or are being held include:

a) Starting as a Human Resource Executive – Wiracon Sdn Bhd (formed in 1979).

b) Director PT LCK Holdings Sdn Bhd 1998 - present (formed in 1987).

c) Chief Executive Officer – Elitjaya College (2018 – 2011).

 

• Sungkana, Komisaris Independen

    Warga Negara Indonesia, 63 tahun.

 

Menjabat sebagai Komisaris Independen Perseroan sejak tahun 2015 hingga sekarang.

 

Memperoleh gelar Sarjana Hukum dari Universitas Indonesia tahun 1990 dan gelar Master of Law (LLM) dari Washington College of Law-The American University Washington, Amerika Serikat tahun 1996.
